A Bit of Background

Here at the Downtown Coalition, we are a multi level Community Development organization that is driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our organization supports the social development of individuals by assisting them to overcome adversity and barriers such as poverty and oppression. We provide the necessary resources and tools that will aid our clients development and that will improve their quality of life within society both domestically and globally. We strive to build long lasting, trustworthy and  understanding relationships with our  client as we work together to make a positive impact within our communities.



Community Service


At the Downtown Coalition, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue that continue to be epidemic that challenges the downtown core. The Mobile Pantry serves hot, fresh and delicious meals to all individuals in need of a meal within the downtown Toronto area. Please look at our map for locations.   

We also are excepting food donations from any community partners. Through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We invite you to learn more and lend your support.

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With our referral program we connect our clients to the right clinics; Providing them with the opportunity to become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
